GunBros on Main

When my som first took me to GunBros I didn’t know who they were. I thought it was just another gun store. Then my son starts by telling me all about them, by name. Something was up – these cats are YouTube-famous.

Not only are they YouTube famous, but they are rallying to bootstrap fund a new indoor shooting range in town. These guys are folks I can get behind.

When I first visited the store, I was shocked to see a wall full of guns that I could just walk up to and grab a gun. How cool is this? Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns… it’s all on display and accessible. The prices seem competitive too.

Ammo was stacked up against the far wall. Box by box, or case by case the ammo was just as available as the guns. This is a prime example of #escapingcalifornia in action.

I was so taken by their friendliness and attention that I got a pair of shirts for Haydon and me, plus I signed up for the family membership at the new range. Every little bit helps.

What About Repeat Visits?

Funny you should ask. I have had to return a couple of times to the shop. One was to ask questions, like a newbie, about my own XDS .45. I started having a jam issue and while they are not gunsmiths… they took the time at the counter to load up a few plastic dummy rounds to duplicate my concern… then we brainstormed a little on the topic.

They took a break from their busy day to help me with something that did nothing to their immediate bottom line. This is exactly the type of behavior that wins positive mentions on the Living Hutch website. Favorable business here is based on the culture of being positive. These guys nail it. Or should I say their tight cluster grouping is right on target?
